REIUS has advised HanseMerkur Grundvermögen on the takeover of the asset management for the open-ended real estate special fund “ESG Core Wohnimmobilien Deutschland” from MPC Capital. The fund is invested in six residential properties with a total of 354 units and around 25,800 square meters of rental space.
