REIUS. has advised the REDEVCO Group on the leasing of office space in the new Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier. REDEVCO’s Hamburg team will move into an area of approx. 700 m² on the ninth floor of the so-called Lee building. The handover is planned for the third quarter of 2025. The landlord is a company of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group.
