REIUS. advised Catella Residential Investment Management on the acquisition of a newly erected building with 177 fully furnished student apartments in Leipzig for the fund “Catella European Residential III (CER III)” from the Hamburg-based family office Drengenberg.
Besides the student apartments, the object comprises a retail area located on the ground floor which is let to a discounter-supermarket, as well as 65 parking spaces. The object has been erected in accordance with the KfW-55-standard and has been completed in the third quarter of 2023.
