REIUS. has advised LIP Invest on the acquisition of a new logistics building in the Kitzingen industrial park “ConneKT” from Scannell Properties. The US developer recently completed the distribution center in Lower Franconia and leased it to the tire wholesaler Tyremotive on a long-term basis.
