REIUS. has advised the Ulm-based Staiger Group, led by its project development company Pro Invest, on the sale of the Leonardo Royal Cologne Bonn Airport. The buyer is a company of the Fattal Hotel Group, the parent company of Leonardo Hotels Central Europe. The hotel was opened according to plan in July 2023.
