REIUS. has advised LIP Invest on the acquisition of a distribution center on Wilhelm-Focke-Strasse in Hodenhagen for one of its logistics real estate funds. With a total leasable area of 26,300 sqm, the logistics property has 23,000 sqm of warehouse space and around 3,000 sqm of mezzanine storage space. The seller is Bauwo, the tenant is a subsidiary of the Geis Group.
