REIUS. has advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate on the acquisition of an approx. 40,000 square meter conversion site in Gera. The plan is to build a logistics and commercial property with a total area of 28,000 square meters there. Construction is scheduled to start in April 2024. The site is part of the former industrial area “Alter Milchhof”. The seller of the land is FAB Grundbesitz GmbH from Gera.
