REIUS advised Belgreen Capital on the acquisition of a commercial property ensemble in Lübeck. The seller of the ensemble is BMF Immobilien from Flensburg. The building is fully leased for the long term. It will be complemented by a new building on the neighboring property at Geniner Straße 66/66a, where a 775 m² office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The purchase was made as a forward deal for a special fund managed by Belgreen as an individual mandate for the Medical Association of Schleswig-Holstein’s pension fund.
