REIUS. advised Panattoni on a logistics transaction regarding the construction of a new Dachser Distribution Centre. Dachser will obtain approximately 13,000 m² of usable space consisting of 11,306 m² of hall space and 1,542 m² of office and social areas on a property of 30,000 m². For this built-to-suit property a gold certification according to the DGNB standard will be applied for. Panattoni plans to complete the 12 m high building by the end of August this year.
