REIUS. advised Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) on the acquisition of a 180,000 m² site of the former military airport in Giebelstadt near Würzburg. DLH is planning to develop a commercial and industrial park with approx. 90,000 m² of rental space. The revitalization of the airpark will be carried out in multiple construction phases, the first rental spaces should be available as of mid-2024. In the medium term, up to 350 jobs are to be created on the site.
