REIUS. advised Panattoni in the context of a logistics transaction in Rheine, Muensterland. On the plot of approx. 92,700 m² Panattoni develops a new multifunctional production and logistics facility. Around 49,700 m² are planned for logistics, production and industrial space, as well as 2,200 m² for office space. Completion of Panattoni Park Rheine is scheduled for the end of 2024.
