REIUS. advised a real estate investment fund on the sale of a conference hotel in Bad Honnef. The property comprises an area of approx. 43,500 sqm in a wooded area just outside the city. The tenant of the building complex, which was built in 1980 as the leadership academy of the German Federal Post Office, is the training academy of the tax authorities of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. The purchaser is the investment firm Lahav L.R. Real Estate, which is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
