REIUS. advised HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on the successful sale of the German part of a large real estate portfolio to an internationally active investor. The portfolio of the special fund “HMG Grundwerte Chancen“ consists of office and retail assets with a regional focus on Southern Germany and Austria. The sales price in the three-digit million range is approximately one third above the acquisition price.
