The properties have a lettable space of approximately 31,700 m², and the site measures about 60,000 m². Karl Etzel GmbH is the sole tenant. The halls offer industrial and logistics use and are equipped with photovoltaic systems. The sellers are companies of the Canadian automotive supplier ABC Technologies including Karl Etzel GmbH that was taken over by ABC in early 2022. The lease contains Green-Lease-Clauses.
