REIUS. has advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of a roughly 76,000 sqm subarea of a former military training site from the State of Thuringia. Garbe intends to construct a logistics building with an area of approximately 35,000 sqm for an automotive supplier on the property. The building is scheduled to be completed by September 2023.
