REIUS. has advised LIP Invest GmbH on the acquisition of a logistics center with an overall rental area of 12,000 sqm. The distribution and logistics hall on the 30,000 sqm site has been leased on a long-term basis to a global beverage manufacturer and was put into operation by the tenant at the end of July 2022.
