REIUS. advised a joint venture between Angelo, Gordon and aam2core on the early extension of a lease agreement with a German automotive company regarding an area of 85,300 sqm in the logistics park in Ettlingen by five years. In addition, the tenant takes over another 22,200 sqm of space from 2023 onwards. The automotive company consequently will occupy approximately 103,800 sqm of hall space and 3,700 sqm of office space in the logistics park.
