REIUS. advised Panattoni in the context of a logistics transaction in Schweitenkirchen, Bavaria. On a plot of brownfield Panattoni develops a new logistics facility for the Nagel-Group – a logistics company specialising in food logistics. The new building will have the option of multi-temperature use, with temperatures in a range from 20 degrees Celsius to minus 25 degrees Celsius. Completion is scheduled for the end of the year 2023.
