REIUS. has advised Deka Immobilien on the acquisition of component E of Leo Business Campus located in northern Stuttgart. Barings is the seller. The acquisition is made for Deka special fund “Domus Megatrends Europa”. The component that was completed in 2019 and is fully let to two tenants has a rental area of 8,415 m² as well as 102 parking spaces and 48 bicycle stands.
