REIUS. advised Panattoni in the context of a logistics transaction in Dannstadt-Schauernheim. Buyer of the distribution centre under construction is LIP Invest on behalf of one of its logistics funds. The asset is already fully rented to IFCO Systems Group. Panattoni acts as general contractor. Completion of the distribution center is scheduled for the end of Q3/2022.
