REIUS. advised Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) on the aquisition of the residential building ‘Quartier am Mozartbrunnen’ for an institutional residential property fund of one of Germany’s largest cooperative banks. Seller is a joint venture between GAMMA IMMOBILIEN- Besitz und Beteiligungs-GmbH and AKTIVA Bauträger GmbH. The residential property fund which is focussed on affordable housing in Germany is set to invest 300 million Euros in the next two to three years. With the latest invesments it now has 100 million Euros in assets under management.
