REIUS. advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of a 56,000 sqm plot of land in the north of Duisburg. Garbe intends to build a multi user park with a usable area of approximately 29,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to start by mid-year. The investment volume is EUR 40 million.
