REIUS. has advised LIP Invest on the acquisition of a newly built distribution centre in Speyer for its recently launched “LIP REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND – LOGISTICS GERMANY IV”. The new building was completed in November 2021 by the international project developer Panattoni in partnership with MONTIS Real Estate GmbH and has been leased to the DIY store operator Hornbach. GOLDBECK Südwest planned and built the distribution centre as general contractor.
