REIUS. advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of real estate around 23,500 square metres in size and situated in Bodenheim in the district of Mainz-Bingen. The property is ready for construction and to be built with a commercial building with hall space measuring approx. 12,500 square metres. Planned start of construction is first half of 2022.
