REIUS. advised the German-Dutch investment manager Primevest Capital Partners on the acquisition of a residential complex with subsidised flats in Aachen for a southern German pension fund. The seller of the residential complex, which has been completed in December 2020, is the project developer Merkur Development Holding. The residential complex consists of 47 flats spread over five buildings as well as 38 outdoor parking spaces and is heated by an air-heat pump.
