REIUS. advised Catella Residential Investment Management on the acquisition of 365 micro-apartments for the real estate special fund Catella Wohnen Europa (CWE) from a joint venture of Revitalis Real Estate AG and the multi-family office Dereco. The fully furnished micro-apartments, which were completed in July 2020, were realised on a plot of land of approximately 4,000 m² located in the “Kreuzviertel” in Dortmund and comprise approximately 10,400 m² of living space as well as 73 underground parking spaces.
