REIUS. advised LIP Invest on the acquisition of a logistics park with 38,000 sqm of rentable space built by Bauwo in Pilsting-Großköllnbach in Lower Bavaria. The transaction was off-market and the investment volume amounted to approximately 50 million Euros. The park is leased to three tenants.
