REIUS. advised LIP Invest GmbH on the off-market acquisition of a multi-user logistics development for “LIP REAL ESTATE FUND – LOGISTICS GERMANY II” located in the Kinzigpark of Gengenbach near Offenburg. The purchase price amounts to more than 50 million Euros. FIEGE as the seller as well as the developer will also operate the logistics centre and enter into a long-term rental agreement.
